We are a Basel start-up and develop our software as a service here. At the very beginning, we received a request from a timber construction company that wanted to convert its magnetic board into software. Since then, we have continuously developed our tool in close cooperation with our pilot customers. Vanillaplan has been on the market as a B2B solution in the German-speaking region since January 2019, in 2020 we hired our first employees and in 2021 we were already able to complete our integration platform Vanillaplan Fair. We are constantly expanding our product range with the latest IT technologies.

We are developing a software solution for the construction industry that is simple, intuitive and visual. It contains all the functions you need to actively manage your construction processes - and yet is easy to use without the need for lengthy familiarisation. We know the construction industry and are aware of the challenges that arise in day-to-day work. Finding an answer to this - and implementing it using state-of-the-art technology - is what we want. Co-founder, Customer Success
Ingrid is co-founder of Vanillaplan and has many years' experience in planning and implementing construction projects. She is the first point of contact for our existing and new clients. She has a degree in architecture and spatial planning from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) in Zurich.

Schiffmacher
Head of Marketing
Markus has experience in graphic design and online marketing. He is responsible for digital marketing, business development and is helping to build Vanillaplan's brand awareness. In addition to working for us, he is currently completing his Master's degree in Economics at the Albert-Ludwigs-University in Freiburg.

Elena has experience in content marketing. She is responsible for our content, our texts and helps build the brand awareness of Vanillaplan. In addition to her work with us, she is completing her Master's degree in Sociology and Political Science at the University of Basel.

Remi is co-founder of Vanillaplan and has many years of experience as a software developer for medium-sized and large companies in the financial, construction and chemical industries. He is responsible for product development, data protection, security and infrastructure operations and has a degree in theoretical physics from the University of Basel.

Shubhu has many years of experience as a Java developer and team leader in telecommunications in India. She is responsible for UI/UX design and product development and holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
